            The Academy of English announced today that it will temporarily close as it re-organizes and searches for a new training location. Matthew West, President and CEO, is working with investors to develop a new concept for the Academy of English that will enrich the program with more technology resources, combined housing / training facilities, and the ability to continue working with students over the internet upon their return to their home country.

            AoE has temporarily stopped accepting enrollments and will temporarily close its operations effective April 30, 2007. The reorganization and search for new facilities is expected to take several months. Mr. West plans to be ready to re-open AoE for enrollment in summer 2007 with the first classes taking place in Fall 2007.
